Things are conceptually revolving around the point zero circle on the side of the instruction, in the form of a "statutory sanitation" which is taking the turn of a "reactivation" of my initial request to the French State Council (1).
Thanks to the concept demonstration that I have been publishing since 2013 (2), which could not be unveiled in 2005 (3) due to all the (now perfectly showcase-modeled) unknowns that the parties to the "statutes quo" should have been enabled to assess properly in due spacetime (4), the situation is now much easier to handle.
In the absence of new elements, all that remains for me to do right now is to wish you a happy holiday season.
