1. Considering that my web concept demonstration, which aims both at framing the global reporting perimeter (1) and at determining the web service’s underlying liabilities of reference, is conclusive on all accounts and therefore locked at this point of equilibrium, my web publication phase, which started in January 2013, will be officially completed on 2018-12-31, with all folios remaining published at their current location.

2. The instruction of my request for funding (i.e. for the effective moral and financial recognition of my meta-reporting perimeter), which I reactivated in February 2017 (2), is currently in progress and involves a systemic situation assessment by the consulted instances. I am therefore not in a position right now to provide more specific details and deadlines.

3. To the extent that the effective implementation of the web concept solution which I presented throughout the currently closing publication phase requires a complete renewal of my "starter configuration" of late 2012, my production phase 3 (3) will not be enabled to start until my request for funding is honored.

In terms of internal and external audit procedures, this type of transition must provide for the secured crossing of critical thresholds identified during the feasibility study, and for the establishment of as many case-related conceptual restoration points as necessary and sufficient (4).
